I'm getting excited at my upcoming trip to China and am looking forward to some new stimuli. Though I studied mostly western drawing and painting techniques, my Chinese background inevitably influences my thinking; therefore the compositions and executions of my paintings demonstrate those influences to various degrees. Sometimes I intentionally tried to imitate Chinese water ink paintings, even though my medium is oil, resulting in some hard to define but intriguing works:
Woodcutter
Epic
Explosion
Snowy Mountain, I
Snowy Mountain, II
Swamp
Dirge
Homeland Impression, I
