Another kind of art

My office went to a pottery space - Brushstrokes - in Berkeley for team building activity last week. The diverse results are very interesting and quite beautiful, I think:

RED - Members Show at Berkeley Art Center



































The annual members show at Berkeley Art Center opened today. I contributed a small piece "Grail":
















The theme of this year is RED. There are many artworks for people to ponder. Naturally, the color red was overwhelming but many other hues injected variety to the show.




















A New Painting - Skyline

I just finished another painting. When I traveled by plane earlier this year, I saw the all enveloping gray clouds, dissected by a sliver of brilliantly white sky. It was so striking that I immediately wanted to paint it.

City Art Gallery Holiday Show Opening Reception

The opening reception of City Art Gallery's Holiday Show was, as usual, full of spirit, good food and wonderful people.
