A Puzzle to Solve

Before my recent trip to China, I was working on ten canvases simultaneously. One of them, alas, puzzled me once I came back to my studio. I absolutely forgot what it meant to be.

I looked through my notebooks and found all sketches or ideas for other paintings but this. I only remembered that it was a dream vision. Frustrated, I wanted to poll people for ideas but upon close examination of this rough ground painting, I saw intriguing image and that should be the painting. If the original idea comes back, I'll make it. If not, I'll make an intriguing painting.
